How to Prepare for the Work
There is no way to studiously "prepare" for this work. Prepare by contemplating your life's purpose, look at the strength areas of your life and ponder your destiny. .Come rested and relaxed. In season bring plenty of organic bug repellent and a gallon of water. For cold weather bring a pillow, a sweater or blanket and lots of water.

Courses begin at 6PM Friday night and complete about 12-1PM on Sunday.
