is dedicated to training the leaders of the next generation in the
transformational skills of the 21st century.
These transformational skills are numerous, they include applying the principles of sustainability, ie permanent culture, to all threads of human activity.
. The Eco-Entrepreneur training program, centered on the grounds of The Farm Intentional Community in Southern Tennessee, concentrates on teaching modern green business skills with an edge. The Farm Community, a pioneer in living and creating outside the box and creating successful ethical small businesses, is a supportive site for offering a range of courses from workshops to specialist advising Gaia University Bachelors and Masters degree programs.
Apprentices can learn a wide range of "green energy" skills. Starting with foundational "personal growth" skills, leading to a holistic approach to green business skills and green living skills, the Apprentice or Associate can move forward powerfully blending their learning projects and their work experience into a relevant and viable education.
