Final Exam

"I think that we are in some kind of final examination as to whether human beings now, with this capability to acquire information and to communicate, whether we're really qualified to take on the responsibility we're designed to be entrusted with. And this is not a matter of an examination of the types of governments, nothing to do with politics, nothing to do with economic systems. It has to do with the individual. Does the individual have the courage to really go along with the truth? Integrity of the individual is what we're being judged for and if we are not passing that examination, if we don't really have the guts, we'll blow ourselves up. It will be all over. Integrity is the only thing that will count." R Buckminster Fuller

We can no longer let fear run our lives which results in us being armed to the teeth and wasting huge resources on killingry. The root of violence is fear. The roots of war is fear. The antidote to fear is love and courage. In each moment we have a choice between love and fear. Choose love, what you do in your life moment to moment makes a difference.

As human's we have dumped our wastes into our waters, we have polluted the air we breath, small groups of us plot to take economic advantage of the whole of us, humans are the only species to have major regional populations declare war on and attempt to destroy other major populations of their own species.

The Leadership School agrees with this conclusion. Our entrance level courses, the Vision workshops, focus on each person's personal integrity. We need to challenge each other as Spiritual Warriors, as Shambhala Warriors, to engage in the battle with our own egos, our own truth levels.

. The battle begins and will be won by what we do in our own private lives, behind closed doors.

Leadership School participants are asked to include the causes of nuclear disarmament and passage of the Department of Peace legislation as objects for social and political action. We are committed to joining forces with Helen Caldicott and the Nuclear Policy Institute to rid the world of these unfathomably destructive devices and to focus on the selfish and globally destructive practices of the American defense industry.

"We now have the option for all humanity to 'make it' sucessfully - in our lifetime, Utopia or Oblivion, our choice. Integrity of the individual is the only thing that counts."
